Hospital Dentistry

Dentist in Hagerstown

Dental patients needing treatment in a hospital generally fall into a few major categories:

  • Patients who cannot be treated in an office setting due to physical or mental impairments
  • Children unable to be treated in our office

Our doctors work with a local hospital to ensure you can have the treatment you need within a safe and convenient hospital setting. In these cases, treatment is usually done in one visit.

Accidents such as fractured teeth, teeth that are knocked out of the mouth, and basic fractures of tooth supporting structures may be treated by our doctors.

If you or a member of your family need dental treatment in the hospital, please call our office for information. We generally prefer to see you in the office first for an evaluation. This allows us to develop a treatment plan to determine the amount of operating room time needed to complete your treatment.
